I reserved online and had informed them my flight number and landing time.No shuttle showed up.

I have waited for 90 mins and called driver and customer service representatives multiple times. The driver did not even know when the shuttle would come. The service representatives blamed me that I did not check in with them after I already talked to the driver by phone, then they said that they did not know what was going on, where the driver was and when the shuttle would come. It was 11pm.

I can't wait alone anymore at airport. I left after the waiting of 100 mins.

I was still charged of the full fee.I really do not recommend this company, unless you don't mind waiting one and half hours at less before the shuttle came.
