this is the crappiest company. i was supposed to be picked up btw 5:45am and 6am for a flight from NEWARK to SFO.

the shuttle never came, and i didn't get through to them until 6:05am, still standing on the sidewalk! they then very casually told me, oh yeah, that trip has been cancelled! are you kidding me? and nobody thought to inform me beforehand.

i had to jump in a regular cab, pay $96 and be stressed. i tried to call them a few times to make an official complaint, but nobody ever picks up. DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THAT CRAPPY COMPANY!!!!!

The most disappointing about shuttlefare shuttle service at Shuttlefare was shuffle folks not being responsible, not being notified of nonservice and lack of notification cost extra money Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
