Shuttlefare - No ride. No refund.

Booked online got confirmation email. Ride was a no show. Called several rimes for refund sent numerous emails and no response. When i call they tell me i am impossible to please and hang up on me. All i asked for is my money back and an email to confirm it.

Shuttlefare - Shuttle left without me

My flight got in a little late and then had to sit on yhe tarmac and wait for a gaye to open. When i got to the pick up area no one was there. I feel like i should get a refund.

Shuttlefare - Never picked up

MY WIFE WAS NEVER PICKED UP TODAY FROM HER HOTEL IN D.C....At the airport . My shuttle never picked me up . They said he didn’t pickup anyone all day that they would not be able to pick me up but they would refund my money !!!!i has to pay a taxi 20 plus tip !!!!
